Cancellation Policy

A deposit of $100 is required to book an Initial Permanent Makeup appointment. A $50 deposit is required to book all touch up appointments. If additional touch ups are needed after your second session they will be an additional charge. Cosmetic tattooing is NOT permanent and touch ups are needed to maintain results. The deposit money comes off the final cost of your appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Adorn Permanent Cosmetics requires 48 hours notice to be given via email or phone call prior to the currently booked appointment to reschedule, and you must rebook your appointment within 6 months of your original appointment to keep your deposit. Any no call/no show automatically forfeits deposits and will require another deposit in order to book a new appointment.

Healed results are not guaranteed as we have no control over your body’s healing process. You may require additional appointments to achieve your desired results. By booking your appointment, you agree to these polices.
